Orders ship within 48 hours unless on backorder or otherwise stated. International orders begin processing upon approval of the shipping quote, which is sent within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

Payment Options
We accept Visa & MasterCard, PayPal, government purchase orders and certified money orders.

Billing
It is our policy that all orders must be paid in full prior to them shipping out. The only exception to this is state or federal agencies that secure orders with purchase orders.

Shipping
Spartan Training Gear ships worldwide. Shipping rates within thecontinental US & Canada are pre-determined. International shipments may necessitate higher rates. If the shipping address of your order is outside the continental US or Canada we will e-mail you a quote, within 24 hours of receipt of your order, for your approval prior to shipping.

Transit Times
Transit times vary depending on your location and the shipment’s service level. Typically, shipments within the continental US & Canada are shipped via ground and take between 3-7 business days. International orders can take 5-15 business days unless stated otherwise.

Accelerated Service
If you need immediate delivery or want your order to be shipped by air or overnight, email us right after you place your order at orders@spartantraininggear.com. As is our policy with non-standard deliveries, we will advise you of the rate prior to shipping. It’s in our best interest to make sure you get your order when you need it, so we’ll always do our best to accommodate a deadline.

Import Duties & Taxes
As stated above, we ship worldwide. Every country has different taxation and import rules and it would impossible for us to keep track of this and/or factor it into your order. Therefore, any taxes, duties, customs import charges, brokerage fees or tariffs are the sole responsibility of the receiving party. We will not pay any charges incurred as a result of the importation or customs clearing of your order.

Customs Delays
Customs clearance and import delays can happen. These delays are out of our control and therefore we cannot be held responsible. Shipping fees will not be refunded under these circumstances.

Problem Orders
Your order may be subject to additional charges if you provide us with an incorrect address, if the shipment is undeliverable or refused.

Fraudulent Orders
Individuals or companies that place fraudulent orders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. It is illegal to place orders under a false name or with an invalid credit card.

Out Of Stock
If the item you ordered is out of stock, it will ship to you as soon as we are able to re-stock that item. If you need immediate delivery, delivery by a specific date or cannot wait on a backordered item, advise us when placing your order or by email at orders@spartantraininggear.com.

Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? No problem. We can exchange it. However, the item must be returned in its original condition. Also, the client is responsible for shipping costs and any import or customs brokerage charges incurred. For hygiene and other safety reasons, we cannot exchange products that have been trained in, cleaned, altered or damaged in any way. Please contact us at orders@spartantraininggear.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to sending any gear back.

Returns/Refunds
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your Spartan Training Gear purchase you have 10 days from the day you receive your order to email orders@spartantraininggear.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The product must then be returned to Spartan Training Gear, at your cost, within 10 days of the issuance of the RMA. For hygiene and other safety reasons, we do not, under any circumstances, accept returns or issue refunds on products that have been trained in, cleaned, altered or damaged in any way. Products that were unused and in the original packaging, can be exchanged or refunded (minus shipping costs) based on your original method of payment. All products must be returned with any accessories, manuals and documentation that was included with the product.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee, to be determined at the time of receipt, and dependant on the condition of the product.

Damages & Repairs
Every Spartan Training Gear product is handcrafted with pride. If the gear is damaged during training by accident, normal wear and tear or misuse, we’ll gladly repair it at minimum cost. Email a picture of the damage to info@spartantraininggear.com and we’ll get you a quote. If it is decided that the gear must be returned for repair, the client is responsible for all shipping costs.

Warranty
Spartan Training Gear products are warranted against manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. Warranty claims are to be made through Spartan Training Gear or the Authorized Spartan Training Gear Dealer where it was purchased. The warranty is only valid with a proof of purchase from Spartan Training Gear or Authorized Spartan Training Gear Dealer. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper fit, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear or accidents. Warranty is voided if:
– The product is altered in any way.
– The product is damaged due to misuse. The product should be used indoors on a clean, matted training area.
– The product is damage due to negligence. For example, failing to wear some form of coverall or jersey over the suit to protect the elastics and joints from accidental grabs and pulls during clinches which could potentially damage or compromise these components.
– The product is damaged through the inappropriate use of weapons. The product is compliant with all standard issue training rounds, paintballs, plastic/rubber blades and training batons. The product is, however, non-ballistic and cannot be shot or stabbed with real weapons. Thrusting actions with inflexible training weapons are also potentially damaging to the Product and should be avoided.
– The product is damaged due to lack of proper care or improper cleaning methods. Care and Maintenance Instructions will be provided at the time of purchase.
– The product is damaged by any circumstance other than those for which the product was designed, including improper storage and damage by animals/pets.
